The purpose of the launch team is build awareness in the community about Bloom. The launch team will be responsible for planning, marketing, and hosting an interest meeting for the organization as well as recruiting others to partner/connect with bloom in their perspective city.

The Launch team members are volunteers with the overall purpose of ensuring a successful launch in their perspective city.

Members of the launch team may apply to be bloom life site leaders or dream team members. Life Site Leaders and the Dream Team are the operating leaders of the Bloom in their perspective city.

They facilitate the mission/vision of bloom in their city.
